I was born in NYC and grew up in Long Island, NY

I moved to New Jersey when I was 25 and reside in Monroe Township with my husband, John.  I have one daughter who currently resides in Middletown.

For pleasure, I love swimming and taking long walks on the beach with family and friends. You will always find me at the Jersey shore in the summertime, either in Belmar or Cape May.

Since I have always been fulfilled with helping people throughout my life, I eventually found my passion in real estate which began over 20 years ago.

My experience began in the new construction field, working with active adults and first time home buyers.  I interacted with lenders, appraisers, attorneys and the closing department. This was crucial to making every prospective buyer close on their dream home in a smooth and timely manner.

I sold for major builders which included Pulte Homes, DelWebb, Centex, BNE Millenium Homes and Edgewood Properties.  I have experience in selling single family homes, townhomes and condominiums.

After closing my last home at Edgewood Properties, I decided  to broaden my search in residential real estate.  I guess timing is everything when my long term business partner, a successful realtor and friend told me about a perfect company that she  recently joined- a company that shares the same values as us, DEFELICE REALTY GROUP!  After meeting the broker, Carol DeFelice and her team professional realtors, I was sold to their outstanding dedication to giving the best service but also had the same strong appreciation that my business partner, Sue and I have always had, caring for their customers, family and friends!

I truly love what I do and I am looking forward to selling lots of homes through a wonderful company, DEFELICE REALTY GROUP, under the direction of
