I grew up watching my mom, Carol DeFelice, become a top real estate agent.  After years of working in construction I decided to join her on a team, and it just came so natural to me.  Together, we have created the DeFelice Realty Group, a family-oriented office that feels like home.  I have always been very passionate about real estate.  I specialize in all residential real estate and have aided a wide range of clients from luxury waterfront sellers, to first time homebuyers, to investor clients looking for the perfect investment property to flip or rent.
