After a rewarding 37-year career in the design and construction industry, I am excited to begin a new chapter as a real estate salesperson. My career began as an architect, where I spent 12 years working on residential, commercial, and industrial design projects. Following that, I transitioned into a 25-year role as an administrative project manager, representing client interests in the design and construction of high-profile projects across various sectors, including life sciences, healthcare, education, retail, corporate, and environmental. This experience honed my ability to navigate complex projects, manage budgets, and understand the intricacies of construction and renovation on a large scale. My architectural background gives me a trained eye for assessing the potential of any property, from its layout and structure to potential improvements.

I am proud to have joined the DeFelice Realty Group in Brick, NJ, where I am receiving exceptional training and mentorship to launch my real estate career.
