Virginia “Ginny” Russo brings decades of client service experience, a warm personal approach, and a strong knowledge of real estate to buyers and sellers throughout Ocean, Monmouth, Somerset and surrounding New Jersey counties.

Ginny believes that real estate is about more than buying or selling a home—it’s about understanding her clients’ goals and guiding them through the process with personal attention, communication, and care. Her background in client service, marketing, and technology allows her to create an individualized approach for every buyer and seller.

Working alongside Ginny is her husband, Frank Russo, a longtime builder, developer and licensed real estate professional. Frank’s extensive new construction and his renovation experience provides an added advantage for their clients. Buyers benefit from his knowledge when evaluating a property, while sellers can tap into his experience and network of trusted professionals for repairs, updates, curb appeal, and other improvements that can help prepare a home for market. 

Ginny has served on the Associate Leadership Council (ALC) and has continued her professional education with the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation. 

Outside of real estate, Ginny and Frank treasure time with their two children, Frank and Jenna, five grandchildren, and their dogs. Whether gathering around the kitchen for an Italian home-cooked meal, enjoying sports, or simply spending time together, family is at the heart of their lives. Ginny is also an animal lover with a special place in her heart for helping homeless animals find their forever homes.
